MINUTES OF SELECTMEN MEETING – JULY 13, 2009 5:00 PM
Selectmen Present: Eric R. Munson, Jr., Steven DellaGiustina and Thomas Paine
Also Present: Robert Gery
The Board of Selectmen had a conference call with town counsel regarding the lease with SBA Towers.
Eric and Tom awarded the Debris bid to BRD, LLC Steven abstained. Wayne will start the bid process for the purpose of monitoring the debris.
Robert Gery discussed the next steps in moving forward with the Municipal and Safety Complex, the first step being a Special Permit application and getting site plan approval from The Planning Board. The Board of Selectmen felt that a Special Permit from the Planning Board was not required. Robert Gery will present the plans to The Planning Board on Monday, July 20th.
The Board of Selectmen approved of $240 from Buildings and Grounds to be used for Cindy to wash all the windows at the Town Hall.
